Full of Blessings-Holiday Catalog

When I opened my Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog, I knew one of the first rubber stamp sets I would purchase was Full of Blessings.  I love Thanksgiving and all things Fall!  Now, I love all things Christmas, too:)  But there is a progression here, and I want to savor every moment of my favorite time of year.  Enter:  Full of Blessings rubber stamp set.

Modern Fall Wreath-001

This is a handmade card I recently created, wanting to go with a somewhat modern look paired with non-traditional Fall colors; I still wanted to stay with traditional Fall images.  That mixture of modern and traditional is something I really like.  So I pulled out the Chevrons Embossing Folder with its very trendy look.  And I employed it with a color combo I love:  Basic Gray and Summer Starfruit.  When I arrived at Stampin' Up! Convention and saw the gorgeous bag they gave us, I was over the moon since I love the chevrons and the gray/starfruit color combo!  You can see it here.  They were reading my mind:)  Okay, so we will return from that rabbit trail, back to the thought behind this design.  I love the wreath image in Full of Blessings rubber stamp set.  It screams, "Emboss me!"  So I did:)  A little additional Summer Starfruit by way of the lovely Stitched Satin Ribbon, and I was there with my handmade card.

What are you making for Fall?  It's the last week (hopefully! fingers crossed) of high summer heat in South Texas, and I'm dreaming of Fall.  It will be here before we know it, so I'm starting preparations now.  I hope you are, too!  Call me at 210-355-5729 (or email me) to schedule YOUR stamping party, a fun get-together for you and your friends where I teach you to make some fun Fall projects.  Everyone makes something to take home, and YOU can earn free Stampin' Up! products.  Let's put our calendars together and book a date.  I can't wait to stamp with you and your friends!
