Halloween Treat Single Stamp

I love this Halloween Treat Single Stamp in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog as an option for making Halloween treats and cards without a big investment in supplies.  There are a lot of options with this rubberstamp that include multi-colored stamping, coloring in just the pumpkins, using only part of the rubberstamp and more.  But for today's super easy Halloween treats, I used the whole stamp in black ink on the Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series Paper.  This particular design in the DSP package looks like the side of a pumpkin to me.

I used 3 x 3 squares of DSP, stamped them, and then fussy cut them.  That is a stamping term we use whenever we cut out a stamped image, but there is no fussy to this fussy cutting!  With mostly straight lines, you can fussy cut this in a few seconds!  That is my kind of fussy cutting:)  And Halloween Treat-Stampin' Up!because I can use 3 x 3 squares, that means that I can get 16 out of a single sheet of DSP!

I used the Stampin' Up! clear envelopes.  They seal which makes them super easy to use.  And then I just rolled down the top a bit, added y Basic Black card stock cuff (4-1/4 x 3 folded in half) and stapled it.  My pretty Halloween treat "sign" covers the staple and looks great!  I attached with Stampin' Dimensionals.

My two very simple embellishments are the Halloween Night Twine (set of 2 twines) and a single Metallic Enamel Shape for just a touch of shine.  You could easily use rhinestones.

I love candy corn, and I'm a bit of a candy corn snob:)  I like the Brach's–made with honey.  The flavor difference is significant!  And when giving candy corn, I give about 10 kernels because they are super sweet.  This is a small, sweet snack, guaranteed to bring smiles.

If you have a lot of Halloween Treats to make, this is a perfect project for you.  If you want to dress this up just a bit–add a more feminine touch–you can see here what the same project looks like with the addition of a doily, some pompom trim, and some pearls.

Halloween Treat-Stampin' Up!

That's it for my quick and easy Halloween Treats project that won't break the bank in crafting supplies or in candy purchases.  These are fantastic to hand out to bank employees, hair dressers, teachers, church workers, co-workers–anyone who needs a little Halloween cheer and goodwill coming their way.  They are not just for kids.  Spread some joy!  Thanks so much for stopping by.  I appreciate it so much.
