These lovely projects were the March club projects for my card making Hostess Clubs. My hostess club members enjoy a free class each month where they make a variety of cards and 3D items. This free class incorporates light techniques. What does that mean? Well, at my Techniques Classes, I teach in-depth techniques that tend towards the artsy side of card-making. Those stamping techniques are a bit more involved than I could successfully teach in a workshop or club setting. But there are also great stamping techniques that are quick and easy; I incorporate those into my Hostess Club meetings.
- The March projects focused on items you can earn free. The card on the left, the Bliss card, is made using the Bliss stamp set, a free Sale-a-Bration reward.
- The card on the right, the Happy Birthday card, is made using 2 free stamp sets: A Slice of Life (Level 1 hostess stamp set, Occasions Mini Catalog) and Afterthoughts (Level 1 hostesss stamp set, Idea Book & Catalog, aka main catalog).
- The mini basket is made with the Sale-a-Bration rewards, Ice Cream Parlor DSP & Quick Accents Pack and the matching Ice Cream Parlor Ribbon & Button Pack along with the In Color DSP Paper Pack, a free Level 1 Hostess choice from the main catalog.
Those are awesome supplies, and they are all free! As a Hostess Club member, you have access to those hostess free items as well as the Sale-a-Bration rewards.
The light techniques I taught are the Thumping technique and the Inlaid Embossing technique. Won't you join us for this free card making class? I have spots available and would love to welcome you into one of my hostess clubs. Call me at 210-355-5729 or email me by simply clicking on the "email Candy" button to your left. Again, this free card making class is lots of fun, and you won't want to miss out. Contact me today and you can get in on the April club meetings.
