Digital Cards!
April 13, 2011
This lovely card was made by Sara G, one of my hostess club members, and it's a digital card. It's a great card, and I can hardly believe it's made with a computer! Sara took one of our club projects, CASEd it (Copy And Share Everything), but did that digitally. How cool is that?! (To see the original card, made with card stock and fabric, click here.)
My Digital Studio allows you to create all kinds of projects using Stampin' Up!'s great artwork and colors on your computer. It's mess-free crafting! How cool is that?! So how does that happen? Well, you purchase the software (it comes with over 3000 images) and then just follow the prompts to create your projects. You can make:
- cards
- scrapbook pages
- calendars
- journals
- invitations
- announcements
- business cards
- flyers
- blog banners
- and more!
In addition to the great images that come with the initial purchase, you can add and update your My Digital Studio "pool" of images through new downloads that Stampin' Up! releases each month. You can purchase any of them, all of them, or none of them, but they are a great way to keep your digital design options growing. For instance, I already had My Digital Studio. A new punch came out in the catalog, and when it became available as a digital download for just $.95, I grabbed it!
