Oh My Goodies Bundle

Oh My Goodies Bundle is one of the products I highlighted at my Stampin' Up! New Catalog Kickoff last Saturday.  We made a quick and easy card made special by the fun colors and designs in the Schoolhouse DSP and made easy with a stamp set and coordinating framelit that cuts out the image perfectly from the Oh My Goodies rubberstamp set.  The Stampin' Up! bundles are fabulous values as they pair up coordinating products and give you 15%...all year:)   It's like having a Stampin' Up! special I can access any time!

Oh My Goodies Bundle

This quick and easy card can be made with 3 of the 4 stamp images in the Oh My Goodies rubberstamp set.  Then simply cut out with the coordinating Deco Labels frailest and voila!  You have a lovely handmade card in just minutes with plenty of possibilities!  This is a gender neutral card, easily given to a man or woman.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, and Happy Monday!  Below are all the Stampin' Up! supplies used in the handmade cards above.  Simply click on any of the product photos to be whisked away to my online Stampin' Up! store where you may shop/browse/be inspired to your heart's content.

Friendly Wishes and New In Colors

For today's blog post and handmade card, I combined several Stampin' Up! new catalog products, notably Friendly Wishes rubberstamp set and 2 of the 5 fabulous new In Colors!  I designed this card using mostly neutrals, and Tip Top Taupe makes a fabulous addition.  I love its richness.  Watermelon Wonder provided the perfect little pop of color to brighten things up.

I have a monthly free card class in San Antonio at the Craftiques Mall on NW Military Hwy (where I am also a vendor:) on the 3rd Thursday.  I call it Sip & Stamp because we meet at the back of the store in the little Garden Tea Lounge.  So we sip while stamping and yak up a storm!  It's a little creative respite in the middle of the week, in the middle of the month:)  There is a nice little "core group" of ladies that come, but we love having visitors, and we have some who pop in and out from month to month.  We are a friendly bunch, so feel free to join us--whether you have never stamped before or are a veteran.  All are welcome!

Friendly Wishes

This is our June card. It's actually a quick and easy card, made special by several layers that make it look lush vs. quick! All supplies, including adhesives, are provided for this truly free class!  Hmmm, I wonder what we will make in July at Sip & Stamp??!!!

Blessed by God-Wedding Card

One of the VERY special people in my life got married last week, so I needed a very special card to celebrate the big day and express my heart on paper.  This was a decidedly Christian wedding, so I turned to Blessed by God stamp set, a lovely inspirational rubberstamp set by Stampin' Up!  Carolina loves vintage, so I wanted the wedding card to have a bit of a vintage element as well as elegance.  A combination of new catalog products and vellum helped me achieve the look I wanted.

Timeless Elegance Designer Series Paper is so aptly named!  The lace design on this paper is really gorgeous and can go vintage or just elegant.  I wanted both!  The Tip Top Taupe Lace Trim tied in the lace image on the paper and added some softness.  Side note:  I really love adding ribbon to handmade cards.  If you think about it, paper is made from wood, and wood is hard.  When you have lots of paper, you can need a bit of softness to balance your design.  More often than not, I turn to ribbon or twine:)

Now, I'm a quick and easy card kinda girl, but this was a very special card for a very special occasion.  So I made lots of vellum flowers--a true labor of love!  I punched them, sponged them (with Tip Top Taupe ink), put a pearl in the center of each one, scrunched them up, adhered them to the card, and finished them off with Dazzling Details!  I think it was a record for me!

Sprinkles of Life-Scrapbook Pages

I am loving the Sprinkles of Life photopolymer stamp set in the new Stampin' Up! catalog and decided to use it and its coordinating products for some fun, bright, summery scrapbook pages for my stamp club this week.

I always find scrapbook pages hard to photograph, but I think most of the details of this layout come through.  The small circles scattered around are Bermuda Bay Sequin Trim sequins and provide a nice pop of color as well as shine.  I adore using sequins to embellish most anything!  I think they are the perfect bling:)

Sprinkles of Life - Scrapbook Pages

At my stamp club, we make 2 scrapbook pages or 2 cards each month plus a 3D item.  Club membership perks include this monthly club meeting which is essentially a free class.  For full details of my stamp club in San Antonio, check out the details here.

The Stampin' Up! supplies used on these scrapbook pages are shown below and linked to my online store.  Click on any pic below to be whisked away to my online store where you can browse/shop to your heart's content.  Please contact me at [email protected] with any questions at all.  And thanks for stopping by!

Sprinkles of Life

Sprinkles of Life is the new Ronald McDonald House rubberstamp set in the 2015-2016 Stampin' Up! Catalog.  What does Ronald McDonald have to do with stamping?  Actually, quite a lot!  Every year, Stampin' Up! creates a special rubberstamp set where a portion of the proceeds ($3 per stamp set) are donated to Ronald McDonald House.  That produces a hefty check each year! I love the heart of Stampin' Up!  And I love being able to make a purchase of something I really want and will use while making an investment into the lives of families in crisis.

Ice Cream Cone Card

I think this year's Ronald McDonald House set, Sprinkles of Life, is the best one yet!  Really!  The coordinating Tree Builder Punch adds to the fun:)
